The preliminary architecture study elaborated provide the implementation of a 4-stars Hotel Apartment, with 55 accommodation units, on 51 hectares land parcel. The resort concept is associated with nature tourism, promoting environmental sustainability solutions. The layout design has the concern to preserve the existing protected tree species, as well as the existing tracks, where the main accesses match. The layout is composed by five large nuclear areas, where the villas are set apart from each other and linked by the natural terrain. In the main nucleus is located the principal building of the resort, with 2 floors height, where is the restaurant area, the bar, the living areas, meeting room, environmental interpretation room, shop, support areas and 10 rooms. It also has an outdoor pool, green leisure areas, natural lakes for water retention, outdoor parking, and a cycle path. In the remaining nucleus are located 45 villas, with private pool. The program of the resort also includes a biological vegetable garden and a market store. The construction is supported on ecologically sustainable materials, like cork, wood, and glass, and the use of systems for increased of the energy efficiency of the construction.
