The preliminary architecture study elaborated provide the implementation of a 4-stars Rural Hotel, with 18 doble rooms). The hotel concept associates health and well-being tourism, taking advantage of the proximity to the sea and the climate of the region, including a Spa, gym, outdoor pool and a restaurant that will promote seafood products from the Mediterranean Diet. Outside there are green areas for leisure and parking. The architectural solution tried to adapt to the morphological characteristics of the territory, developing in a long curved body, with 3 floors, facing the Valley, where the rooms are located, enjoying the landscape of the Valley with the sea in the background. On top of this body, overlaps a higher volume that marks the hotel entrance, where the common areas are located.
