The preliminary architecture study design, proposed the implementation of a 3-star hotel, with 26 accommodation units, supported by facilities such as living areas, restaurant, meeting rooms, health club, indoor pool, support areas and outside parking. The proposal building, with four floors height, makes the transition between the street at north and the south side. The proposal included the urban landscaping of the new building with the existing Palace nearby.
