The project was develop with the aim of transforming the former "Pousada de São Brás" into 3-star tourist apartments. The building The building, originally built in 1944, was part of the National Network of Pousadas de Portugal and has an emblematic character representative of the Portuguese architecture of the Estado Novo. The intervention was concerned with preserving the architectural features of the building. In the adaptation of the building to the concept of tourist apartments, the rooms have been transformed into 31 apartments, and new valences have been created in occupancy spaces, such as activities room, meeting room, gym and support areas.
The construction was completed in 2017.
