The hotel was built in 2006, according to the design project of our studio. The building developed in three interconnected elements, with three floors height and basement floor. Outside the hotel has private green and leisure areas, a pool and a bar. The hotel is compose by a reception and living area, 71 accommodation units, with various support facilities such as restaurant, bar, meeting rooms, health club, with gym, massage and jacuzzi rooms, support areas and parking. In 2019, a project for the expansion of the hotel was prepared by our atelier, with a new floor, providing it with over 30 accommodation units.The building was not done according to the elaborated project.
