The architectural design of the hotel was designed for a balneotherapy concept. The intervention proposed a four floor building, formed by two connected modules, with a huge shading structure that marks the entrance to the hotel. The functional program of the hotel is compose by a large reception and living area, 103 accommodation units, activities rooms, restaurant, bar, balneotherapy treatments areas and spa areas, with indoor pool, massage rooms, gym, support areas and parking.
The construction did not comply with the project.
