The architecture project was designed to transform the old “Estalagem Vale da Ursa” into a 4-star hotel with spa and health concept. The existing building was redesigned and new spaces adapted to the hotel's new concept were created. The hotel program consists of 18 accommodation units, reception area, living and leisure areas, meeting room, bar, restaurant, therapeutic rooms, activities areas, Spa and support areas. Outside, the existing pool was remodeled and two new pools were created. There is also a playground, green and leisure areas and parking.
The construction was completed in 2012.
