The elaborate architecture project provided for the remodeling and enlargement of the existing 3 * hotel to be classified as a 4 * hotel. The intervention was also intended to provide the hotel with areas for hydrotherapy and spa activities. The expansion was materialized through a new module connected to the existing building through a transition element. The project included the creation of 16 new housing units, the areas associated with the hydrotherapy and Spa component, the dining room, living areas and spaces for play activities.
The construction did not fulfill the project.
