The previous architectural study was designed for the implementation of a 3-star hotel, in the surroundings of the Termas do Carvalhal, enjoying the views over the Serra de Montemuro. The intervention proposed a four floors building and two more in basement, constituted by three overlapping elements. The program of the hotel includes a large reception and living area, 73 accommodation units, and various facilities such as a health club, meeting rooms, restaurant, bar, support areas and parking garage.
