The architecture project design proposes the implementation of a 4-star hotel, composed by 195 accommodation units, reception and living area, restaurant, bar, meeting rooms, health club, shops and basement parking. The designed building it’s formed for 4 connected modules, with different heights (15, 14, 12 and 10 floors), based on a union module. The implantation occupies a whole block and provides the urban landscape integration of the public spaces around the building, constituted by green and leisure areas, a water mirror and sidewalks accesses.
