The preliminary architecture study elaborated provide the implementation of a 4-stars Rural Hotel, with 30 accommodation units (10 V4 villas and 20 doble rooms), on 47,6 hectares land parcel. The resort concept is associated with nature tourism, promoting environmental sustainability solutions. The layout design has the concern to preserve the existing protected tree species, as well as the existing tracks, where the main accesses match. The layout is composed by 10 nucleated areas, where the villages are located, with a private outdoor pool. The villas are set apart from each other and linked by the natural terrain. In the main nucleus is located the principal building of the resort, with one floor height, where is the reception, the bar and breakfast area, the living areas, meeting room, sanitary facilities, and support areas. It also has, green leisure areas, natural lakes for water retention, and outdoor parking. The construction is supported on ecologically sustainable materials, like cork, wood, and glass, and the use of systems for increased of the energy efficiency of the construction.
