The preliminary architecture study intendent for implementation of two 5-stars Tourist Resorts, whit an integrated exploration, in Sines. The two resorts were design to be functionally and territorially independents were the villas are distributed among the golf course. Each resort has a 9-hole golf course, various facilities such as restaurant, bar, mini-market, health club, pools, club house, green and leisure areas, villas and apartments, with a total 632 units.
